“There is no such thing as an ugly woman.”
This is the shout-out of this book. It is true that it takes a lot of effort, money, time, self-esteem, and confidence to make one beautiful. However, you can be beautiful like any Hollywood actress by just watching what you eat coupled with a few exercises. The food you eat greatly affects your outer appearance, which means that if you eat healthy food, you will surely look healthy, vibrant, and stunning.

The Beauty of Food -What is it about?

The Beauty of Food gives its readers the best alternatives to make one beautiful. These alternatives can easily be found inside your home, like your fridge, for example. Fruits, spices, and dairy products can even be used as alternatives to those botox, facelift procedures, and much more. You do not have to go to a beauty salon to have your hair, skin, eyes, and face to look vibrant and healthy-looking. And you can simply do it yourself, absolutely for free. You do not even have to tip as you are the one applying the procedure. Not only that, it is hassle-free because you are just inside the convenience of your home, with no heavy traffic to beat about, and no rush on your scheduled appointment.

The Beauty of Food – What are the advantages?

Readers will not be bored and overwhelmed with all the information because the descriptions are short yet informative.

The book consists of 47 pages which one can read in just one sitting.

There are recipes available so readers can immediately use them whenever they want to have nice hair, natural facelift, etc.

It is written simply so readers can understand easily.

The alternative options which the author shared can easily be found inside your home.

The Beauty of Food – What are the disadvantages?

Although adding exercise to your regimen to make you beautiful is essential, it just doesn’t make sense to add it to this book. The title itself, “The Beauty of Food,” would give a message to its readers that this book is all about healthy food. It would have been better if it was placed in the last chapter of the book instead of the first chapter. It was really unexpected and a misfit to the title.

The Foreword, which consists of 4 pages, is just too much because some readers do not really care about this section of the book. A foreword should be short to keep the interest of the readers. It is understandable that the author wants to share where the inspiration comes from, but too many pages are not interesting anymore.

The Beauty of Food – Conclusion

“The Beauty of Food” imparts to its readers that no one is ugly; it is just a matter of eating the right food and using the right alternative to make one beautiful. You just have to look inside your home to see your entire beauty regimen. It is just near you and does not cost you a lot of money. During these trying times, being beautiful in a cheap way is the best thing to do.

Sounds interesting! I rather use natural products on my skin than those you buy in the store. I use olive oil to moisturize my face, neck, and body. So what. I smell like a salad for 2 seconds.. but my skin looks great … nice review

Good post. I know everything you have said is true but sometimes hard to break old habits. Not that I am doing great at it, but I try to improve my habits each day.

    Thank you for the reminders.
