Did You Know Apple Cider Vinegar is Good for Skin Care?
Apple cider vinegar is a cheap and traditional healing and beauty care product, true organic skin care. Even our grandmothers knew that two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water are good for the digestive tract; dilute water and cider vinegar makes fast, beautiful skin.
Beautiful natural skin
Our skin naturally has a slightly acidic pH of around 5.5.
Vinegar is cooling and cleansing, disinfecting, and astringent. Its bleaching effect reduces pigmentation and age spots, and discolorations. In addition to the acetic acid, which is responsible for the acid pH value of the vinegar, it also contains other organic acids, as well as vitamins and minerals that are not present in distilled vinegar. As a result, it is not only healthier, but its taste is also much more complex and aromatic.
Our skin naturally has a slightly acidic pH of around 5.5. The so-called acid mantle of the skin repels bacteria and other pathogens. While conventional soaps are significantly alkaline and not very friendly to the skin, diluted vinegar has a skin-neutral pH. It helps the skin retain its protective balance.

A hair conditioner
From half, a tablespoon of vinegar and a cup of cold water gives the hair shine and volume and delay even the appearance of the first gray hairs. Also, against tooth discoloration, can it be used – just undiluted rub on the teeth and then rinse.
Caution:
It is the same as the contact of the teeth with fruit acids: Never immediately brush your teeth! Acids soften the enamel. Brushing teeth in this state can lead to erosion of tooth enamel. After about half an hour, the saliva has remineralized the tooth surface again, and you can brush them.
So far, many of the enthusiastic statements about the wider benefits of apple cider vinegar are not yet sufficiently supported by recognized medical studies. Increases apple cider vinegar really performance? Does it detoxify the body? Does it remove warts?
It is effective against high blood pressure and lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels. At least for the latter, there is some solid evidence. It must be said that the motivation to do studies and research with such a cheap home remedy is about as large as the motivation of the family doctor to recommend them. Indeed, not very large. Who should fund the studies? Perhaps the apple cider vinegar industry?
It is up to you to start your own test series yourself to see whether the home remedy delivers what it promises as natural skin care.
